Case Study: Creative Informatics
Creative Informatics partnered with us during the 2024 Edinburgh Science Festival to celebrate the end of the funded Creative Informatics programme and showcase the groundbreaking work with data created with their support.
The partnership involved three specially created events; a week-long exhibition in the National Gallery of Scotland showcasing work developed as part of their programme, a discussion event about the use of AI in art called Creative AI for Creative Work and Let’s Play, an immersive adults-only night out that celebrated the Scottish video game industry.
These events had an estimated 32,000 visitors, directly engaging our Festival audience with Creative Informatics’ work.
